Please read these terms carefully before using the bet4 platform — they give you complete information about your rights and responsibilities.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bet4 platform ("bet4", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "your"). By accessing the bet4.mom website or creating an account, you agree to all of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Eligibility

- To create an account on bet4, you must be at least 21 years of age.
- Each individual may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

- You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.
Prohibited Persons
The following individuals are not permitted to hold an account on the bet4 platform:
- Any person under the age of 21.
- Those who have voluntarily placed themselves under a self-exclusion from gambling or betting-related activities.
- Employees of bet4 or their immediate family members.
- Individuals whose previous accounts have been closed by bet4.
Identity Verification (KYC)
bet4 may at any time request a user to submit documents for identity verification. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
Section 3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- Deposited amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
- bet4 reserves the right to delay withdrawal requests for verification purposes.
Important Notice
In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, bet4 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transferring deposited funds to a third party or moving funds from one account to another is strictly prohibited.
Section 4 — Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
Welcome Bonus
New users on bet4 are eligible to receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. This condition applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
- If the time limit expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
- bet4 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
VIP and Cashback Program
bet4's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on continued active participation on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account and its own wagering terms apply.
Section 5 — Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Activities
- Playing fairly from your own account.
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
- Contacting the support team to resolve issues.
- Keeping your own account information up to date.
Prohibited Activities
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using a false identity.
- Bonus abuse or manipulation.
- Automated gameplay using software or bots.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
Consequences of Violations
If participation in any of the above prohibited activities is proven, bet4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited and withdrawal requests may be cancelled. bet4 maintains the integrity of the platform through regular monitoring and verification.
Section 6 — Sports Betting Special Terms
Betting Rules
bet4 allows betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports events. The following points must be kept in mind when placing bets:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except for cancellations before the match begins.
- If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Incomplete bets due to technical issues will be considered void.
- Placing bets on opposite outcomes of the same event at the same time (activity resembling match-fixing) is strictly prohibited.
- bet4 reserves the right to investigate unusual betting patterns and to withhold related payments.
Section 7 — Privacy and Security
Data Protection

The bet4 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bet4 will not be liable in the following situations:
- If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- If loss occurs due to software issues on the user's device.
- If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway issue.
- If service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.).
